With over two decades of HR, operational, Senior EA and Chief of Staff leadership, Claire has helped to build, scale and support some of Europe’s most respected investment and private office environments. Her career combines deep HR expertise, cross-border operational oversight and a long-standing reputation for discretion, calm problem-solving and unwavering professional standards.

Claire’s work has spanned fast-growing start-ups, founder-led businesses, and UHNW individuals. As the first employee at Tristan Capital Partners, she played a pivotal role in helping the firm grow into a €15bn AUM, 180-employee pan-European business, leading HR, facilities, operations and administration for more than a decade. She later became Chief of Staff to the Chairman to lead his private family office, managing personal lifestyle, people operations and philanthropic matters.
